I have fully functional android webview app. It plays youtube video or local video. The only issue is about full screen controller being disabled. I will share full app code if you are interested. It is only a matter of 10 minutes for expert. Probably they need to use onshow or onhide custom webview class. You need to show apk before payment/completion. Apply only if you are comfortable with webview in android studio/
