Hi we are looking for an online system for a field inspection company. What we do is send out technicians in the field to perform inspection on customer equipment’s. We need the technicians to be able to login to our system scan or enter the equipment unique id and able to pull up the service form for checking that particular equipment. Once the inspection is completed the technician can get a digital signature (not mandatory) and complete the inspection by clicking a submit or send button so our system can be updated.
1. This same system must be able to store customers information and equipment. It must be able to generate work orders
2. Must be able to be searched and filtered by make model type etc. or even be able to ad unlimited categories.
3. Must be able to generate multiple types of reports
4. Must be able to set inspection dates and notify us via email or other means when service is due based on pre-set times in this system
5. Once a technician reaches onsite and they login to the system and open the job for inspection they should be able to click somewhere to let us know that they are onsite.
6. Work scheduling is a must so once a customer and their equipment is added we can schedule them and view the schedule on an integrated calendar, if possible Google calendar
7. Must be able to integrate a GPS feature so in the future we can track technician location on a map interface to dispatch the closest technician.
8. Should be able to take a picture and upload using mobile device so a responsive design is preferred.
