Hire a Mobile App Consultant

1) I already have a mobile app up and running. 2) Right now I'm about to partner up with my dev team. 3) We are going to have a social contract with all the society's rights and duties. What I need: I need a mobile app consultant to describe me what specifics do I need to assure before any step further. What technical issues should I put in contract? Preferably someone with expertise on publishing and maintaining an app online at Google Play and Itunes Store. Ex: - You need to assure the iTunes Store profile belongs to you. - You need to assure the source code is hosted somewhere you have access to. That kind of thing. It's not a lawyer's job. It's all about IT specifics.
