First of all thanks for posting this project as I am personally interesting in soil-less farming and planning to setup one small hydroponic system in my home. I have gone through the attached documents. I think it will be good to devide the project in few sections . Section 1: to read all the sensors data (temp air, temp water, DO,ph,water conductivity, co2 level of air, light intencity, water level etc) I have few suggestion one is to add a ammonia level sensor and dissolved solid sensor to track ammonia and other wast level. and For the sensors like pH, conductivity etc generally algae growth on them effecting the data. so one automated cleaning system may be implemented. Section 2. Implement the actuators and relays for control(nutrient pumps, air pump, cooling/heating system, humidifier, co2 generator, light, water cooler/heater etc ) section 3. making the control algorithms for section 2 based on section 1 data section 4. Android app, data collection and representation, calculation of different averages etc. with graphical representation of data. Section 5. all other features including email, sms, security alarm, video recording Please let me know if you need more details. Hope to work with you in this interesting project.
