keyboard that uses swype style writing and automatically every few seconds checks through languagetools.org for spelling errors and marks them

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. It should use the api from language [login to view URL] and function similar to grammaly but with a swype style of input and correction of it while swiping, auto correction after showing correctios and similar word proposals from languagetools and offer support for 2 languages switchable by swiping the space exactly like swype dose.
