Long-terms iOS and Android project

We are an international company, looking to expand our mobile app development team long-term. We are looking for a small team of 2 (!!) experienced (!!!!!) mobile developers working together, with a documented and strong background in professional iOS and Android development, who are committed and absolutely reliable. We expect you to work full time for us and that you do the development personally, no "out-sourcing" to any other party unless we discuss and agree on that upfront ! We will, gradually, make a budget available of 7.500 US$ for the first 3 months. Milestone deposits and releases will be made based on milestones achieved. After 3 months we will discuss the budget and remuneration again. We will make the source of our existing, professionally developed code, which has no major issues, available to you for further development in an online repository. You will continue to commit any code changes daily! You are "team-playesr" with professional working ethics and have good English communication skills. As you work full-time, we assume you are online during regular business hours, and under exceptional circumstances (not normally, but if timelines really require from time to time) you may also be available later in the evening or on a weekend, if we mutually agree when that situation arises. Just to be clear upfront, after "some (bad) experiences": unexplained "disappearances" can lead to termination of the project. We do have strong project management experience, we know exactly what we want, but we appreciate any input/recommendation from you as experienced developers to make our project plan even better (and correct/adjust our plans where we might learn from you that such corrections/adjustments are beneficial - we are very open to any professional advice. Explain, and we will listen to you !). You can fully count on us to provide you with professional specs and a clear development plan, without "twists and turns". We are available online to answer any questions you may have very quickly, usually instantly or within a few minutes. You must be prepared in the first 2 weeks of working together to demonstrate to us what you are capable of. Payment and further milestone deposits will be made after these 2 weeks when we see that you and us are both happy and working successfully together. We understand that is may not be acceptable to all candidates, but that is a condition we will insist on when we start working together. If you can not agree to this, please do not offer your service. The nature of the application and development work we will discuss after we receive some initial feedback from you. Will will show you our application and, being experienced developer,s you will get a VERY clear understanding from that application of what we expect from you. The existing app is a very clear and solid reference point for our project. Please read the above carefully.
