Looking for professional game developer

I want to take a classic board game and enhance the playing experience by using modern iOS devices. This isn’t the game I want built, but imagine a scenario like Monopoly. The game is played around a centralized board and everyone has their own hand of items. There would be real estate cards and money, etc. So imagine if the game board was centralized and hosted on an Apple TV app or an iPad app. It kept track of the board state and everyone referred to the bigger device often. Players of the game also had companion apps on their iPhones that synced with the bigger device and let them keep track of everything required for playing the game. The game experience would be the same, but it would just be improved because the tedious parts are handled automatically by the device (like tracking money and spending, etc). This job would assume all flows of the app are designed and mocked to their exact specifications. The board would be 2D and flat and would likely just be a matter of laying out static images. There is very little movement going on in the board, it is just a matter of moving tiles/images around. The main part of this project would be bringing all of the UI together and making the game logic work across all of the devices. The game is typically going to be played in the same room, and we wouldn’t need to build out support for remote players. The apps would ideally keep track of all of the games you’ve played so you could refer to old scores. As I mentioned before, the game isn’t Monopoly, but it is very similar in scope and complexity. So for purposes of this bid you can assume it is the same thing as if you were building Monopoly to be played across multiple devices. It is a classic board game that I’d like to keep private for now.
