Requirement : App (for internal use/ Productivity)
Client is an event company who organize/ set up road show, sales booths, exhibitions etc (4 categories) for their clients. They will need to send their promoters (full/part-timers) onsite to do sales. As they have various projects running per day, client can’t gauge his staff attendance or sales results on time. Therefore, they would like to build an App for internal use to control their man power performance.
To create an App to upload project info for staff participation. Track staff where about during events. Upload photos and report sales figures daily.
Client will upload upcoming project info (venue, date, time, tasks and responsibility) on the app for staff information. Staff will have to login the app to select and acknowledge participation. Staff can view project’s sales kit PDF (product and services to be sold onsite).
There will be a map to show staff where is the venue location and how to get there from where they are. Upon arrival at the venue hall, staff can check in with (location, date, time) to punch-in their attendance. If the staff missed the designated time slot, the app will send a notification to our client.
Daily, staff will need to report their sales figures via Mid-Day Sales Report at 3pm. And at the end of the day, the staff will need to do their closing; upload photo with (location, date, time), fill-in report (open ended questions in template format), and report the total sales figures for that day via Closing Sales Report before they leave the venue hall.
Client would need 2x admin access to history tab to view all activities on the app. And a full summary report for per event (no. of staff, who are the staff, staff attendance, sales figures etc).
