I need to add new features on existing Android app I have. :

The details is follow as: ---1. New gruop page UI design. This page should be open from the bottom navigation and from editResource page. There is a current messy implementation. We want to rewrite it with the new UI. create/edit group page: (basically like whatsapp new-group) Select contacts and groups, search for contacts and groups ---2. Firebase auth Add an anonymous firebase login when entering the app and the user logged out (we still want to import the contacts like happens today with the phone auth). If the user wants to move to profile/chats page, he has to do a phone number login. The login should open in a modal/dialog and not in a page. We can remove the login page. Also, anonymous user should convert to regular user after phone number login. Replace current phone login with firebase auth. Use firebase ui ([login to view URL]). Can remove 2 current inputs libraries. Needs also to handle failures (wrong sms code, retry after x seconds, keep sms code view even after relaunch, so people could not abuse it and have to wait for retry). Need to think about how to auto-authenticate existing users. ---3. Splash screen Add a splash screen that will appear immediately after opening the app. Blank page would be fine, we will design it. ---4. Current gps location Add current gps coordinates for every saved resource (for later location based search). ---5. Firebase chat I also want estimation of changing the chat to firebase chat. I know there is an official open source code firechat from google and many other complete examples. I prefer to save time by using one of those, and also that the same code will have web version. We need unread message counter per conversation and global, And an indicator for the sender that the message was seen(like in whatsapp).
