Need an ipad app built

Choice events is an events company that is currently working off pen and paper and highlighter. I want to be able to import a "entrants list" for front gate staff from an excel sheet, have a front gate log in, and be able to have a search option to search for a name when they arrive at the gate and then send onto the next list in sequence. The next sequence will be the vehicle check, same again have a vehicle checkers staff log in, a search option for the entrant and then show a vehicle check list that gets completed, they "pass" or fail them, and send to the next sequence - a drivers registration, same again, search option - drivers rego staff login, and then move them onto a "completed all" list that can be exported as an excel document.
