I require to make in Unity a 3D application that uses 1 or 2 fire propagation algorithms (the code will be supplied) and should be able to upload a 3D terrain model and "land coverage" information that can be used when the device is offline.
The app should use the GPS and Accelerometer of the device to display the actual location of the device (if available and if needed) or be able to search for it fast on OpenStreet maps.
The app should be able to save a given simulation and export its screen capture and statistics, and share it through android or windows means when online. Should be able to be compiled in both Android and Windows 10 Desktop.
It should have a license activation locked to a device.
