Order receiving and Inventory management Application development for multi-vendor Retail Ecommerce site.
This application is required for a multi-vendor Ecommerce website where multiple sellers are listed on the website.
The App needs to have:
1. Receive order from customer and alert the retailer that an order has been received.
Also Alert the customer that the retailer has accepted the order and it is processing
2. The retailer manually updates the stock information through the app which then updates with the website automatically (or send to web admin) for update.
Most of the retailers doesn’t have any Point of sales (POS) counters or live inventory management. Almost all the stocks are available all the time and out of stock items are immediately refilled.
So the retailer should be able to update the website or notify the admin through this app when the stock goes down, add new items, update price details etc
The Retailer should be able to add items in different categories with Product details, Quantities etc. We wanted to create an online product database where all the sellers should be able to load thumbnail pictures for the products so all the sellers can access and use it. This database will be updated from time to time.
While entering the product information it should have word Prediction feature for the items in the database to quickly add the items.
We will be using this app on a mobile tablet device.
*We are also looking for freelancers for designing our Ecommerce website (currently not included in this bid) and more projects are on its way.
