The project is to display in a wi-fi range, one of 8 predesignated geometric shape on a tablet or mobile phone in real time when one of eight buttons is press on a control switch box.
The system would consist of a control box with 8 momentary switch manually operated.
This control box would have a wireless transmission to an android tablet or phone.
The tablet or phone would connect to the control box built in wi-fi mode or bluetooth.
The maximum communicating range between the control box and tablet is 100ft, this control box is a stand alone and has no network or internet access.
Once the tablet is connected to the control box , everytime 1 of 8 momentary switch is pressed the tablet will show on the tablet display the geometric shape for a preset time of a minimum 3 seconds.
The control box logic is already designed with an arduino controller and we display the geometric shape on a wired led module.
Basically we need to make a wireless communication from our control box arduino controller to a tablet or phone to display real time the action following a manually switch operation.
The tablet/phone must be in standby mode for approximately 30 minute , and waiting to display the shapes after a button is press.
The shape can be designed in the tablet and decoded after receiving the arduino signal or can be designed in the arduino and sent to the tablet in real time.
