Time Control

This app is only for my personal use, not public. I’m looking to develop a very simple app where I can control minutes. For example a normal clock that displays the normal time while open, but with the option for me to control the seconds per minute. For example, a normal minute is 60 seconds but able to reduce or decrease the seconds per minute making the clock work constantly by the seconds assigned per minute. With the purpose to make the hours look shorter or longer. Desired values are minimum 10 seconds per minute, maximum 500 seconds per minute, multiples of 10. No fancy icon or design required, my interest is more based on its functionality, not Icon, design and colors, I leave the cosmetic work to the developer discretion, preferred with the option to change from digital to analog. Seconds running in the background in digital and no seconds lines showing in analog. Seconds not visible but adjustable with those values running in the background.
