Unity Car game

Make a car race track with Unity with common turns left and right, also include some cars that don't use too much memory. Please include buildings, and whatever makes it beautiful without any lag or memory issues. Main menu to select car. Car will move on it's on at varying speeds. The only controls will be left and right to dodge traffic. Must be efficient.
