Update an Ionic app (Herbal-Pro)

About Herbal-Pro This project is to make updates to a smartphone app called Herbal-Pro, which has been designed for use by naturopathic students and practitioners to assist with quickly and easily finding suitable herbs based on desired actions. Detailed herbal monographs can be viewed and herbs can be added to a formulate section where the user can use the auto calculator to adjust the amounts of the selected herbs to fit into the required bottle size. Dosage instructions can be added to see how long a formula will last and there are a number of child dosage rules built in which can be used to auto adjust the dosage amount for children. Formulas can also be emailed. The app has been developed using Cordova on the Ionic framework with an SQlite database. There is a technical manual available which outlines the set-up of the development environment used to create this app. All code files are also available for the current app as well as another draft versions of the app which has some of the components I wish to have incorporated into this update. I have Google and Apple developer accounts so we can work together to test and upload the final builds. Project overview The updates required are outlined in the attached document and are generally just to make a couple of changes to the search options and updates to a couple of the fields and their layout within the herb details. There are also some updates to the child dosages screen of which the code is available in a separate project which will also be provided. I’m hoping to have the format of the email template improved and some information updated and removed from the accordions in the information section. Mock-ups have been provided in the attached document and screenshots from the current app are also included for quick reference.
