Video Wallpaper tvOS application

We need a very simple application created. That being a video wallpaper application for tvOS that is configurable via a config file. In this config file we must be able to define a background for the main screen (image file). We need to be able to set how many video's are in this, their locations and if they are free or what their in app purchase id is. Also, we need to be able to set a mp3 name for music, or be able to disable this for that video. Pretty straightforward we think. It should look a bit like the screenshot attached, but if possible a little more polished. Thank you for your bids.
