Adding Menu / Item Details
Category - Cube Reference No / Cube Name - Add Menu - Price
Sales Update : for sales update - there will be staff user id and password to update
Category - Cube Reference No / Cube Name - Enter Qty of What's Sold on the Menu
( generator auto calculated the total amount of the day for each cube reference no )
Reports * all report can be email as excel file *
Daily Sales Report - ( total of amount sold of the day )
Reference Cube No Sales Details ( can be filter by date )
Sales Report - ( can be filter by day )
Monthly Sales Report
Cube Reference Report - details of user name / password / cube name / due date/ type/category
Rent Due Report

Rent Paid Report - show which cube have paid their rent and the amount filter by date
Type report - show which cube reference no & cube name types
Total Claim Report ( filter by date )
Total Unclaim Report
Deduction Report ( filter by date )-report of whats sold deduct " type "
Staff Report - see who manage / access

user can only enter their user name and password and overview
their daily sales updated by staff admin. they can filter the day they want to claim their sales and the system will calculated the amount to be claimed after deduction set by " type " and admin will get a notification. notification admin, can email as a template workout of the details / export as xls. each user can only view their own respective reference cube no details.**
Claim -
Claim Sales from Date - Date
Total Amount to be Claim - system will deduct % based on the type.
Those who have rent, there will be an option to deduct to pay rent or admin can also set to deduct rent by default.
History - history of their claim
Sales report- user can check their item sold based on the date filtered
Balance - the amount left in their account not claimed
