I need a small android app with Web Services which will send gps coordinates to DATABASE using background service .User will install this app for one time only and submit their details like NAME,MOBILE NUMBER,EMAIL ID,PHOTO ,this will be for one time [login to view URL] installing each user's gps lat/long will be updated in database and in case of no internet ,it should save the entries in phone's database and when net is available ,it should sync with web database. User will not open this app,it should send lat/long automatically running in background all the time. Note:NO UI Database : [login to view URL] ID(this will be created by us) [login to view URL](User will provide this) [login to view URL](User will provide this) [login to view URL] ID(User will provide this) [login to view URL] with time,date with year [login to view URL] [login to view URL] should return 0 value when gps is off. [login to view URL] database every 10mins from 10am to 10pm daily. Note:Photo will be stored in Public_html/picture folder only.
