Write an Android application

I want an android application(Envento) for finding a good team mates and build a team of good peoples. This app is for those people who want to make their own small event management company. And the other peoples who want to earn money by working in an event management company. This app provides a communication between them and help them to find each other in very efficient way. There should be two log-in option one as 'Manager' and second as 'Companion'. The manager is for those who want to manage a event and want to create their own team. On other hand the companion is for those who want to works in events and gain experience for their future event management company. As there are two separate log in options so there should be two separate profile for them too. The event managers can post their events in one separate page with images and details,time of event ,eligibility for companion, and number of companion he/she wants in his/her team and the remuneration. There should be a comment section on which companion can ask their questions and queries. The companion can find the event as per his eligibility, date of the event, and type of the event. If companion wants to work with the manager in his/her team he can send a direct message and a mail to the manager with the full contact details of the companion who is requesting to working with manager. They can connect each other though a chat box in this app or other ways that companion and manger wants to (eg. calling). And manager can post that he/she don't want other mates so they can put a notice on the event page that is full now so other peoples who finding jobs don't bother to contact and can save their time by skipping that event.
