Write an iPhone application

I need basic functionality as described in the user story below. Graphic designs and logic graphics integration will be another project, and follows later after the functionality reaches desired level. Main user story, as user: 1. Open application 2. Application shows the main, screen at the top a control "Start new capture", and below the control a title "Captured clips" and video clips captured by the application as icon matrix 3. If user presses "Start new Capture" control: 3.1. Application starts buffering 7 seconds video stream 3.1.1 Circular buffering, after reaching 7 seconds stream 3.2 A round button (blinkin red with second interval) on the bottom (if vertical), or on the right (if horizontal) shows buffering status with an arc around the button (when 7 seconds buffer is full, the arc is the full round) 3.3 User presses the round button, or physical volume button (+/-), the application stores the 7 second video clip into the phone, and continues video buffering 3.4 A "Done Capturing" control in right upper corner to stop capturing and go to the main screen (step 2) 4. If user presses a video clip icon on the Main screen (2) under "Captured clips": 4.1 The application starts playbacking the selected video 4.2 Application shows "Back to clips" button in the upper right corner, and if pressed, the application goes back to the main screen 4.3 Application shows "Share" icon at the bottom of the screen, and if pressed, user can share the clip through phone sharing services.
