I would like a mobile application whereby majority of the functionality from our desktop application can be done from a mobile device. It is envisioned that a .xml file from the desktop application to be emailed to the mobile device, imported into the mobile device and added to the library for opening/altering. From the mobile device it should then allow for exporting back to the desktop device. Mobile application requirements: 1. Developed in Xamarin Visual Studio 2019 2. Developed in C# 3. Developed for both Mobile and Tablet devices 4. Developed with a material design UI 5. Developed using material design font 6. Developed for Android OS, but should allow for future expansion to iOS, Windows. 7. Project to be quoted in 4 stage payments (e.g. Interface design, Logic Completed, Bugs Resolved, Final Upload) 8. Project code to be delivered upon each milestone for review. 9. All code to have inline comments 10. Project to include the uploading to Play store 11. Project to include setup of our development station to allow for uploading. See attached sample xml file and Project specification and UI guideline. Please ensure you understand the projects full requirements before committing.
