I’ve just launched a car-wash startup and need one professional who can do it all—come on site, film the action, then shape the footage into an engaging, brand-ready marketing piece. The finished video should feel crisp and informative, walking viewers through our full service-bay experience so they immediately understand what makes us different. Scope of work • Pre-production: Discuss concept, draft a short storyboard focused on service demonstration, confirm shot list, and schedule the shoot. • Production: Bring your own camera, lights, and audio; capture every step of a vehicle’s journey—from pre-rinse through final shine—plus a few establishing shots of the facility and branded signage. • Post-production: Edit the material into a polished clip (≈60–90 sec). Add branding graphics, light motion titles, licensed background music, colour grading, and simple sound design that keeps the tone factual, not gimmicky. Deliverables 1. Final video in 1080p (MP4) for website, plus a square or vertical cut for social media. 2. One 10–15 sec teaser cut-down. 3. All raw footage and project files. Acceptance criteria • The main video clearly demonstrates each service stage and ends with a call-to-action. • Informative voice-over or on-screen text is accurate and easy to read. • Music and assets are royalty-free or properly licensed. • Colour palette aligns with our brand guideline (to be supplied).
