Good quality Video Editor for YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Branding

We’re looking for a creative, fast-paced, and trend-savvy video editor who can craft both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content for YouTube, Facebook & Instagram. Your role will be to transform raw footage into highly engaging videos that grab attention in the first 3 seconds, hold viewers throughout, and match the Gen Z editing aesthetic (snappy cuts, memes, subtitles, motion graphics, viral-style pacing). Responsibilities: • Edit short-form content (30s–2min) optimized for Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style delivery. • Edit long-form content (5–20min) for YouTube, keeping audience retention high. • Add motion graphics, captions, trending sounds, and creative transitions to match Gen Z social media trends. • Repurpose one piece of raw content into multiple platform-specific versions. • Collaborate on style guidelines to keep a consistent brand vibe. Requirements: • Proven experience editing engaging videos for social media (portfolio required). • Deep understanding of Gen Z editing trends, memes, pacing, and sound effects. • Skilled with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or equivalent). • Ability to add motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions that feel organic, not corporate. • Must be fast, reliable, and open to creative feedback. • Bonus: Experience with viral content strategy and social media algorithms.
