My team and I depend on a tight, up-to-date collection inside Rekordbox, but keeping it current has become a full-time job. I’m looking for a detail-oriented music lover who can take over the entire library workflow—both the ongoing hunt for new tracks and the clean-up of what’s already there. Here’s what the role looks like day to day: • Sourcing fresh music: pull the latest releases from DMS, Promo Only and any other reputable pool you already trust. I’m open to your suggestions as long as the files are high-quality and legally obtained. • Importing and organizing: every track lands in Rekordbox sorted strictly by genre. From there, create clear sub-folders and smart playlists so our DJs can zero in on the right vibe in seconds. • Catalog clean-up: analyse and re-tag the existing collection so the entire library follows the same genre structure. Duplicates, bad rips, missing artwork—please fix or flag them as you go. • Ongoing upkeep: schedule regular sweeps (weekly or bi-weekly) to add new music, archive deadweight, and keep the database optimised so Rekordbox loads fast during shows. You’ll need solid experience inside Rekordbox, a good ear for event-ready tracks, and the discipline to maintain tidy metadata.
