Myspace Design

I am looking for someone to design a music myspace page. I want it to be simple and clean. A simple theme with selected text and opacity adjustment. I would like a large image at the top of the page that is large enough so that when the page loads it is the only thing that fits in the screen. I also want to add custom graphics on the add me, message, etc. icons. I will provide all graphics but will need to know the demensions so that I can size the images to fit appropriately. I am on a tight deadline and would like to complete within a week or two. I am looking to spend about $50-75. Thank you.
