I have a customer record of around 40 million in excel [login to view URL] need to stored in a VPS server. This database should be able to stored all records at 1 place. And i required the database to be able to filter and extract by age, postcode, gender and race. I will pay only when the database is ready and tested works.

Should be easy to do on Linux/Mysql based VPS. Presumably you will pay for VPS. All MySQL imports will depend on VPS configuration. Hopefully a decent one should get entire work completed in about 2 days(including testing).
