We are an ecommerce order fulfillment provider with a website that drives conversions through a 'get a quote' form. These form submissions are then connected to Pipedrive through Zapier. In Pipedrive, we would like to see where exactly these conversions come from. Did they visit our website through an organic Google search result, clicked on a paid ad, got referred to us through some backlink, or found some social media post that directed them to us? We would like to see the exact path people took from the first touch point to the point where they filled out their information in our quote form. We want to see that path in Pipedrive so that we can filter out those leads that actually turned into contract deals and can see how we acquired them.
We need someone to figure out how to get that information from Google Analytics to Pipedrive, down to all the touch points up to the point of conversion. I guess we need some adjustments in our tracking as well to make sure Google Analytics also registers all touch points accurately.
