Hello, I am working in one of the largest e-commerce company in India(Bangalore) as DevOps engineer and have 3+ years of experience as Devops and total 6Yrs in Industry as a support engineer for cPanel and WHM reseller hosting company. We have around 250+ Clusters of MySQL and I am into that team which provides DB as a service. I am pretty confident I can solve your issue regarding the laravel upload. Before that I would recommend you to check out the following: 1) check the permission of the folder where laravel is installed 2) see if there is any offending .htaccess rule which is causing the issue. error log should give you pretty idea on this.
