ORANGE HRM modifications on existing system

Job Description:
The following changes are required to be made to orange hrm system already currently installed, and already full of information. The software has been used by our company for about a year, and as of today we need the addition of these functions:
Ability to report for each employee, and for each month and year of :
Days Worked;
Vacations Used and Remaining;
Leave used and remaining;
Possibility to do export of hours worked on each project for each employee (report for each month and year);
Possibility to Upload pdf files for each employee ( by manager) for payroll and year-end single certification;
Travel notes: a section within which the employee can add what travel he/she did and any expenses incurred ( possibility to attach pdf for receipts/receipts)
changes will be made on an environment for which access data will be provided ( web interface and db ), I need a professional to do all the work and without being assisted, also, that the work be delivered on time
