Relational Links Between Tables and Fields: Include time to build the necessary relationship definitions amongst tables and fields. Include the necessary time to consult with client to define, document and develop these links.
Reports (web templates): Produce a minimum of five reports and the supporting queries to generate web template page. Include sufficient time to design template reports with input from client.
Queries: Include time to define and develop ten queries with input from client.
Revisions: Include two rounds of edits and refinements to table and field structure, relationships, reports etc
Conversion: Convert existing data from excel .xls file to new database fields
Ongoing Maintenance and Updates: Include up to 10 hours per month for ad-hoc requests, edits and changes, for a period of twelve months after delivery
