I want Create my own EA for meta4 use

Want an expert to do my EA. No indicators required . Just need to key in 2 level of price A, B , size contract =(S) ( different of 2 level ) pips =P. Step 1 :Ask for price A,B , Size "S" , Range pips A to B ="P" Basic idea is ,it have to ask price A and Price B , and Size before it EA work . After key in the price , it will come with 2 pending " stop order" waiting for market to execute. one is A buy Stop , and one is B Sell stop order. Size for both is size "S" and auto fill in the take profit price +2P( if buy stop A , TP = A+2P; if Sell Stop B , TP= B-2P). eg) X=Buy Stop order A with TP price at A+2P Y=Sell Stop order B with TP price at B-2P Step 2 ) Filled the profit or open new pending order Any one of pending order get filled after , it have to cancel the another pending order. eg) IF X filled , Y have to auto cancel ; if Y filled , X have to auto cancel. And then it will auto create another 1 pending order. eg) X is filled . Y have to auto cancel. and then another 1 pending "Sell Stop" at price B with size "2S" and profit target at price B+2P will be open . 2 cases will be happen after this, either a) X will be filled up with the profit target or b) pending" Sell order" at price B will be filled. if , case a happen. All position will be closed included pending order. System will be reset and require the A, B , P , S again to start this EA. if , case b happen . another pending "buy order" have to create. Pending Buy order : Buy Stop at Price B with Size 4S together with Take profit point at B+2P This process with be repeat until the it hit Size "64S". Size will be multiple ever time it open new pending position. The detail will be discuss after confirm
