Write some Software for arduino to store data in mysql database

i have W5500 arduinos and need to have a sketch that has counts pulses from the D0-D12 and keeps an update in the mysql database it needs to have a running total on each input, that changed or first set via a config web page that displays the setting and can be updated, it also needs the page to be able to set the mysql server and username and password, and Dx Name and device name it need to update the every 30sec to the mysql server with the running total and insert a new line with a new record it also need to have a very basic login that checks the mysql database to allow access to th web page it has an SD but I would prefer not to use it and it needs to be able to store the data if it can not upload for any reason and upload once the network is restored it can get its address from dhcp to start but on the web page a static ip mask and router can be defined , and ticked to use, that can be entered manualy and saved to the DB and loaded from database every restart attached is a very basic idea of the web page Specification for Arduino are Microcontroller: Atmel Atmega32u4 (Leonardo) External Input Voltage Plug (recommended): 7V - 20V DC External Input Voltage Plug (limits): 6 - 23V POE Input Voltage: 48V AC/DC (802.3af standard PD device) Digital I/O Pins: 20 Analog I/O Pins: 6 DC Current per I/O Pin: 40 mA Flash Memory: 32 KB (ATmega32u4) of which 4KB used by bootloader SRAM: 2 KB (ATmega32u4) EEPROM: 1 KB (ATmega32u4) Clock Speed: 16 MHz PHY: WIZnet W5500 PHY Clock Speed: 25MHz Dimension: 73.5 x 53.5 x 15mm
