Position: Business Development Executive ( Company Representative) Qualification: MBA in marketing / MBA (IT), Engineering Background will be preferable from leading reputed schools No. of Vacancy: 2 Experience: 2+ Years We are looking for Business Development Executive/ Online Bidder / Project coordinator who can do Team handling, Interact with clients, Analyze requirements, prepare Design documents. Generating business through bidding in various portal like ‐ odesk, elance, guru etc & other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels Skill Set: • Knowledge & Experience in IT industry (specifically online business and website design) • Excellent in communication verbal and written skill • Motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision and in multiple time‐zones. • Experience to market and sales across US, UK for Offshore software services business. • Online bidding skills on Guru/Elance/Vworker/oDesk are essential. Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions • Understand the technologies and Client Requirement. • Estimate projects in terms of time and cost independently. • Handle client and communicate to client • Co‐ordinate with technical team • Handle client escalations. • Develop business plan • having technical background will be added advantage. • Interact with clients for their technical requirements. • Direct and online marketing of web based software applications. • Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills. • Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals. • Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry). • Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development/Mobile Application development. • Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid. • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies. • Should have good written and oral communication skills.
