Telerik Control select row (client side) and edit button (server side) to put row in edit mode..

Using Telerik ASP.Net Controls client & server side select row method shown here: [login to view URL] I want to have the row selected client side, then an edit button server side - the edit button should put the selected row into edit mode and store the data from the row somewhere (we will need to use this code in various grids, just pull out anything to show how to get the data from the row). Set a label on the page to some content pulled from grid's column. Additionally make a delete button server side which pops up a 'are you sure' dialog with yes/no and upon clicking yes we call server side to do the delete. If you don't fully understand please don't bid. Deliverable will be an online page showing this fully working, after working we will milestone full amount and receive source and test then release payment.
