wizard to change homepage and search engine

Hello,

I working for application and I need to make in install wizard ask user to change default HomePage and default search engine to my owen the wizard will be 2 steps :

step 1:

display our rules and ask to accept it and make home page and search engine

step 2:

on click next form first step will display form ask him for Email and gender

and then click finish on finish will open Link in browser Like :

[url removed, login to view][PC mac addresss]&filename=[The file name (like [url removed, login to view])]&email=[email]&gender=[gender]
