MSDE VB .NET Installation Disk

I have a VB .NET application that uses MSDE. I need to create an installation cd that will install MSDE with a named instance, install .dotnetfx if it needs to, MDAC if necessary and my VB .NET application. I need to be able to have access to the code or script used to accomplish this so that I can make new installation disks as needed, because my application is not completed yet. I have clients that want to install the application at different phases of development.

I would like someone who has definately done this before. It MUST work on 98/NT/2000/XP I have tried this myself, but I'm running up against a deadline and am running out of time. The user must be able to choose where to install application.
