We are the manufacturer of a USB based security device which uses Sax CommStudio to manage serial comms between our technology and the Windows OS. Our decision to choose this platform was based on performance issues and stability of the native .NET serial drivers.
Presently, we are experiencing latency and reliability issues with the CommStudio platform, and the challenge is beyond the expertise of our developer. We are looking for someone with experience in building and debugging serial comm drivers for USB devices. The USB device uses a MicroChip PIC PIC18F4455, so familiarity with this device would be an asset.
