Windows UI to simulate file transfer progress

Need to create a Windows UI in a dialog box to simulate the file transfer process. It needs to show two progress bars and percentage of completion for each. The UI is in a multi-tab dialog window. We will provide the existing code as the starting point. You just need to add a tab to the existing dialog window, and add the UI to simulate the file transfer progress in the space for this tab.

Need this in 1-2 days.

The budget is $25 as this is a small job for an experienced Windows programmer.
