Ability to set up individual rooms and facility rate plans as well as packages with multiple components.
Ability to check rates and compute total customer cost on screen during reservation.
Ability to change rates and apply different rates to bookings.
Ability to perform automatic (computer assigned) and manual blocking for rooms and facility booking.
Ability to assign either a room type or room number during reservation.
Ability to book multiple rooms and facilities with one reservation.
Ability to capture customer payment/deposit during reservation and print receipt on pre-printed stationary.
Ability to view occupancy, guest info, room status, housekeeping information and other information on screen during reservation.
Ability to view audit log of changes made to reservation.

Ability to perform cancellation and re-instatement of reservation with full history.
Ability to mark reservations for automatic printing of confirmation letter at the end of the day.
Ability to send e-mail confirmation of reservation to customer.
Ability to upload rooming list received from group customer.
Ability to print registration card for individual registration and rooming list for group reservation.
2. Guest Check-In Module
Ability to perform individual and group check-in.
Ability to search and view guest info by any fields.
Ability to verify rates and availability of rooms and facilities during check-in.
Ability to back date guest check-in date.
Ability to print registration cards and rooming list for guest check-in.
Ability to pre-assign or assign available room numbers during guest check-in.
Ability to capture customer payment/deposit during check-in and print receipt on pre-printed stationary.
Ability to integrate to credit card scanner to capture credit card information for pre-authorization of customer credit.
Ability to view and print guest account and transaction history
Ability to capture total customer charges during check in.
Ability to post any additional charges to guest account after check-in.
Ability to post daily charges to guest account automatically at the end of day and calculate total cost upon check-out.
Ability to set parameters for end-of-day posting of customer charges.
Ability to set credit limit on guest account.

3 Guest Check-Out Module
Ability to perform individual and group check-out.
Ability to search guest account by any fields and retrieve guest account for check-out.
Ability to print account statement/guest folio and invoice during check-out.
Ability to post additional charges (e.g. damages, missing towels, etc.) and make changes to guest account upon check-out.
Ability to capture payment for account balance by credit card, cash or cheque.
Ability to print reports and perform end-of-day cash balancing by employee/cashier.
Ability to post AR accounting entries to sub ledger and print aging analysis reports.
Ability to view and perform adjustment of transactions in the sub ledger.
Ability to view and print daily guest check-out reports.
Ability to view and print daily revenue report with monthly and yearly comparison.
Ability to view and print detailed daily/weekly/monthly/yearly statistics report with average daily rate, percentage occupancy, number of new reservations, cancellations, changes, check-ins, walk-ins, check-outs, no shows, stay-over, etc.
5. Housekeeping Module
Ability to set rooms status as dirty or clean.
Ability to view and print room status for review.
Ability to view Housekeeping status and print report to show clean or dirty, occupied or vacant, when guests are checking in, when they are checking out, who is staying over, and which rooms are out of order.
Ability to capture guest requests for Housekeeping attention.
Ability to view and update a color-coded housekeeping board to shows individual room status, along with special notes and other information about the room or the guest.
Ability to automatically mark rooms as dirty based on set conditions (e.g. every 3 days or upon checked out).
Ability to interface to Work Order and Maintenance Module for out of service status.
Ability to view and print Housekeeping history.
Ability to track movement of Housekeeping items
Ability to charge missing items when customer check-out.
Ability to track lost and found items belonging to customers or visitors.
6. Work Order and Maintenance Module
Ability to mark rooms and facility in/out of order for repairs and maintenance.
Ability to capture customer complaints and generate work order for repair and maintenance.
Ability to set priority and assign work order to internal maintenance team or external contractor.
Ability to view and print report of open, assigned and closed work orders.
Ability to view and print work order history.
Ability to charge the cost of work order to guest account.
Ability to view and print status of all customer complaints.
Ability to track all room assets such as mini-refrigerators, TV, etc. along with the description, make, model, serial number, and vendor to call for repair.
Ability to maintain both the cost and customer price of all room assets.
Ability to view and print current and history work orders for individual room asset or type of asset.
Ability to interface and work with the IFAS system to enable the above functionalities.
