Indian version of mfg.com

Hi We are working on to create the indian version of www.mfg.com. Alongwith this we also need a portal to connect manufacturers of industrial machinery to potential buyers aka [login to view URL] ( we have registered this domain ). However that can be taken up as a separate project. Its basically a website where companies such as automobile companies like ford , hyundai etc or any company which wants to outsource or subcontract some or either all the manufacturing function posts a requirement on the web and the vendors registered can bid for it. Some of the features required are 1) Vendor registration ( integration with open ID and other such is also required)with all fields along with provision for photos, videos. There should also be an algorithm to categorise the vendors based on a scoring system such as previous wins in bids, number of employees, skill category etc. 2) Company registration (integration with open ID and other such is also required) with features to upload jobwork , photos, upload PDF files, jpeg etc and also autocad files. All the files are likely to be big in size. We would like also a feature wherein the user can see the uploaded pdf, jpeg or autocad file online itself 3) Notification of the job posted to all vendors registered through SMS, twitter, facebok, email. 4) User should be able to "talk" to server through sms 5) User should be able to place bids through sms 6) an app for blackberry, Nokia and Iphone would be ideal but can be done in phase 2 if it pushes costs significantly. However preference would be for vendors who can do it within the low budget. 7) the manufacturer who has posted the jobwork shall be able to download the responses in excel. He should also be able to upload job works through excel.
