There are two items in this project as follows;
1. Modify DirectorySearch to check if the user is connected via anonymous or windows authentication. If connected by anonymous the edit my info button should be replaced by a request form that will email out to an address I will nominate the form will be in the same format as the normal page but the user will be informed they are not logged in and the request will be sent to the service desk for processing. The form must include a box that they need to put in their email address, name and contact phone number and the update button is to be replaced by a send button that will close the form once sent to the service desk.
2. On all the forms that are used to create or modify a dynamic group we need to add a check box &acirc;€œInclude Mail Users and Contact Objects.&acirc;€ (Note please use a tick box)
a. If this check OS is chosen then the modify or create PowerShell command will replace
i. "(RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox')" (No tick)
ii. &acirc;€œ((RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox') -or (RecipientType -eq 'MailContact') -or (RecipientType -eq 'MailUser'))&acirc;€ (With Tick)
b. If the tick box is chosen on the DDG, then make sure the preview also runs the command properly including the &acirc;€œ((RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox') -or (RecipientType -eq 'MailContact') -or (RecipientType -eq 'MailUser'))&acirc;€
c. Make sure this is done for all croup creation including the one that the user is allowed to put in their own filter (custom)
