SQL Reporting .Net Sample

.Net web application (3 tier - very cleanly separated data, business & UI layers) - application developed with template & css. This is part of a larger project and we want to find someone capable of working with us on the larger project, so for now, use Northwinds database but create code that is good enough it can be transferred over to another database later. Application is simple; login page (any employee in the northwinds database can log in - use id as user name, last name as password); list page - see attached graphic - can be filtered by customer dropdown (shows any employees that have made sales to that customer) and by time period (filter based on sales within the date range). If employee has more than 2 sales in that period to the selected customer, highlight the row in grey. By clicking on 'history' user can see a history of all sales to that customer by that employee. See graphic for more details. Lastly, the application must create SQL Reporting reports (from the 'Produce Letters' button) - must have a different SQL report for each customer - report shows sales by employee for that customer. The purpose of this project is to find a company that does good .Net development for longterm relationship. We want to see good quality comments (and good commenting habits in the code) as well as secure coding (preventing cross scripting attacks, login verification on each page, etc). The code that is created will be used eventually in a real application - it will not be wasted.
