I am using using [url removed, login to view] in my .NEt 3.5 TExt to Speech application running on Windows Vista. I have installed some SAPI4 voices in my computer but I cannot get those voices from the following code:
SpeechSynthesizer speakRBox = new SpeechSynthesizer();
var installedVoices = [url removed, login to view]();
I get only Microsoft Anna. Ok, then I installed some other Text To Speech software in my computer and I see that, those softwares shows Both SAPI4 and SAPI5 voices and that makes me beleive to the fact that it is possible to get and use SAPI4 and SAPI5 voices using C#.NET 3.5. But searching in Google, I did not find any article that shows me how to get those sapi4 voices in Vista.
So, I need a solution from you where you build a sample windows text to speech project in C#.NET 2.0 or 3.5 and then show all SAPI4 and SAPI5 voices in a combo box.
