Network analysis for packet drop over LAN
Bajet ₹600-1500 INR
I have a simple lan network having a mixed topology (mainly star). From the past 1 week, I am facing random packet drop and latency issues on my local network due to which many users who work over RDP, get disconnected. There seems to be a faulty device which might be flooding the network causing this issue. As the problem is very inconsistent ie - happens only 3-4 times in a day for 3-5 seconds at a time, i am unable to trace the issue using a step by step disconnection approach which can be used if the problem is consistent as in cases of network loops.
I am looking for someone who can understand my network and then guide me step by step in order to trace the problem down and fix it. Use of a network packet tracing software might be the only way to resolve this due the the irregularity of the issue. Only experienced people having prior networking experience of resolving this type of issue should apply.
PS: All switches are unmanaged
