Wireless network engineering as an hourly consultant seat (design review, troubleshooting, configuration support, security hardening) sits inside my regular stack. Comfortable across Ubiquiti Unifi, Aruba, Cisco Meraki, MikroTik wireless, and pfSense or OPNsense-based wireless setups. How I work hourly: - Short scoping pass on the actual environment so I am not guessing. Diagrams or a screen share works. - Concrete recommendations with rationale, not generic best-practice copy paste. If your problem is RF planning, we look at channel and power. If it is auth and security, we look at WPA3, 802.1X, segmentation, captive portal. If it is throughput, we look at backhaul, channel width, client mix. - Configuration changes done with you, not in a black box, so you keep the knowledge.
