I am looking for an experienced Mambo designer. I have a several business newspapers that I am interested in creating an integrated live news site. Seperate news sections from the main site to go to different Provinces and or cities. Maybe zip code tracking would be better for story identification with each reader login in they get first all the related stories pertinent to their zip codes. But I think City news coverage would be better, with 4 seperate provincial sections. There are 8 cities for news story coverage. Sections should be reachable from the main page, Menu items for Provinces and 8 cities.

Citizen submssion form page should include a menu option for submission drop down menu to select province and a serperate drop down menu for city closest to news story.

Story submission form with attached photo option should function similar to
