Hi, I actually prefer projects like this over building from scratch. Since the application is already live, the challenge is improving the UI without breaking what's already working. My first step would be to review the existing codebase and understand the current component structure. From there, I'll work through your design references and refine the interface page by page—fixing responsiveness, improving spacing, typography, layouts, buttons, forms, modals, and animations while keeping the existing functionality intact. I don't believe in quick CSS patches. If a component needs improvement, I'll clean it up properly so the code stays maintainable for future updates. Before delivery, I'll test everything across major browsers and devices, and if you find any UI issues during your review that fall within the agreed scope, I'll fix them before considering the project complete. Approach: Code Review → UI Refinement → Responsive Fixes → Cross-Browser Testing → Final QA Timeline: 4–6 Days (after reviewing the project) Budget: ₹1,500 INR (final quote after reviewing the codebase) One thing I'd like to know before we start: Are the UI changes already documented in Figma/reference images, or will they be shared gradually during development?
