Meetme plugin for ning website

Hi there I am looking to hire a ning developer to make a meetme plugin where my users can swipe left or right to keep finding somebody they like then click yes on the person they like and they can send them a gift with a love note to the other person so the other person will have more of chance to know who admire them and the other person will get 3 tries to find out who click yes on them and will be able to give them a love note and a gift back. I would also like to be taught how to program a plugin like that so we will be working together.
