App in React for Student & Tutor Chat/Video Call

I am looking for a developer to create an app in React for student and teacher communication. The app should have the following features:
- Student / Teachers (Councilors App )
- Chat, video call, and screen sharing capabilities
- Available on both iOS and Android platforms
- Payment Gateway for Students to Pay Teacher
- System checks Students Balance before initiating a call/chat session with Teacher and Pops Payment Request
- System also keep checking the Balance of Student while in call/chat session.
- System disconnect the call/chat session if balance of student is finished and pops on students screen for refilling or buy a calling coupon with options to choose the coupon size ( minutes)
-Call / Chat session of the student is based on the charges posted by Tutor / Per Minute Rate
-System checks
-Web Admin to Manage Student Teacher Accounts etc
The timeline for this project is less than a month. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in React and React Native + Node js Apis
- Experience in developing chat and video call functionality
- Knowledge of screen sharing implementation and Payment Gateway Integration
